Followed up after a week just to see if they received approved, followed up a few days after that communication and still no response. Asked for a status of this and haven't heard back. Manager submitted for a refund after I showed her I had been reaching out…she then said once approved, it could take 30 days to receive my refund. In the meantime, I was charged over $600 in dues. ![]() Tried to cancel before moving and after paying all fees but wasn't allowed, then called to try to cancel or see where to write to cancel and they wouldn't let me, then emailed customer service asking for a resolution/alternative to cancel other than going in to the location that I now moved far away from and couldn't get back but never received a response. After gym finally opened and I was able to begin using what I had paid, we moved so I did not have access to the gym. Very disappointing… Prepaid for first and last month of membership, prepaid for personal training sessions. As of today, Aug 11, haven't heard back on the status of the refund request and, of course, haven't received the refund. I followed up on July 27 and was able to connect with the manager who submitted a refund request on August 2. UPDATE: My initial cancellation request was April 20. ![]() Exhausti ng experience! Shouldn't be this much work for them to do the right thing. Extremely disappointing that they seem to have no business structure, professionalism, or resolve. Manager claimed she had a meeting with them and would ask status but she has had no further follow up with me. Not sure if there is a “corporate” or if she actually talked to them. ![]() She said she talked to corporate about the refund but another charge tried to hit my account. UPDATE 30 days after original: Still no refund and haven't heard from manager. ![]()
